• Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Platform, including KYC verification providers, payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, banks), game software suppliers, cloud hosting providers, and customer support platforms. • Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by Philippine AML regulations.
• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction.
• Support Communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last communication.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained until you withdraw consent, plus one (1) year for compliance documentation purposes.

When personal information is no longer required, ldgame will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. Some requests may be subject to legal limitations — for example, we cannot delete transaction records that we are legally required to retain.

If you believe ldgame has not handled your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

The ldgame Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. ldgame does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 21.

If ldgame discovers or is notified that personal information has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately close the associated account, void any transactions, and securely delete the personal information in question. If you believe a minor has registered on the ldgame Platform, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 13.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software and to monitor their children's online activity to prevent underage access to gambling platforms.

ldgame primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. In some cases, personal data may be transferred to and processed in other countries — for example, where our cloud infrastructure or third-party service providers operate servers outside the Philippines.

Where such transfers occur, ldgame ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal information, including contractual data protection clauses consistent with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines on cross-border data transfers.

By using the ldgame Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your personal information as described in this section, subject to the protections described above.

ldgame may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or Platform features. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of the ldgame Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, please discontinue use of the Platform and contact us to close your account.
