ldgame Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of the ldgame website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, completing the ldgame Login process, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by ldgame, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with ldgame's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

ldgame reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Access to and use of the ldgame Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing casino-style gambling.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ldgame, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ldgame Platform.

ldgame takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals. Any person found to have provided false information regarding their age will have their account permanently closed and any winnings voided.

To access the full features of the ldgame Platform, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) ldgame account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your ldgame account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your ldgame Login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential.
• Notify ldgame immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your ldgame account.

ldgame will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to ldgame support immediately.

Account registration is subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requirements. ldgame may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of withdrawal requests.

You agree to use the ldgame Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ldgame Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ldgame staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Creating or using a fraudulent payment method or using a payment method that does not belong to you.

ldgame employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities. Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

All financial transactions on the ldgame Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ldgame supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your ldgame account dashboard. ldgame reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. ldgame reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ldgame account holder.

ldgame may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited to your ldgame account in Philippine Peso and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• ldgame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

ldgame's decision on all bonus-related matters is final. Players who believe a bonus has been applied incorrectly should contact ldgame support within 72 hours of the issue arising.

ldgame offers a range of online casino games including live dealer tables, slots, Sic Bo, bingo, and specialty games. All games are provided by certified third-party game suppliers and are subject to independent testing for fairness and randomness.

Random Number Generator (RNG) games are tested and certified to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by previous results or any external factor. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ldgame's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. ldgame's decision in such matters is final. ldgame shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytables are available within each game interface. Players are encouraged to review these before playing.

ldgame is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ldgame account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ldgame Platform.
• Reality Check: Periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

To activate any of these tools, access the Responsible Gaming section of your ldgame account settings or contact ldgame support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the ldgame Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of ldgame or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ldgame Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any ldgame trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of ldgame's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by ldgame.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ldgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your ldgame Login credentials.
• Any technical malfunction, server downtime, or connectivity issue beyond ldgame's reasonable control.
• Any reliance on information or content published on the Platform.

ldgame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ldgame account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ldgame's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

ldgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any ldgame account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against ldgame.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure for cause, ldgame reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining balance (net of bonuses) will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

You may close your ldgame account at any time by contacting ldgame support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the ldgame Platform shall first be submitted to ldgame's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or competent court.

ldgame operates within the framework of Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

ldgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the ldgame Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
